- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
- Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken with respect to you to provide services under the concluded contract and to conduct direct marketing by the Administrator.
- Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transmit any personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit cookie-derived information using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator employs remarketing techniques, allowing for tailored advertising messages based on user behavior on the website. This may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being tracked; however, in practice, no personal data is transmitted from the Operator to advertising operators. In this case, it is based on data for which the Operator is the administrator, and the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to the Facebook service. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator, so they do not know which specific individual the data pertains to.
